Position: Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $24/HR

Midland Garage Door is seeking a dedicated individual to enhance our exceptional customer service team. If you possess experience in customer service, particularly in sectors such as building supplies, construction, or home goods, this role may be ideal for you. Our Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in supporting our dealers by managing orders, generating quotes, and resolving issues through collaboration with various departments within the Midland organization.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist customers through various communication channels, addressing service-related inquiries. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will engage with multiple teams and colleagues across different locations, making them a crucial part of the customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with quotes, orders, delivery, and troubleshooting general concerns.
  2. Maintain a professional relationship with every customer and foster a positive rapport.
  3. Accurately enter quotes and orders into the system in a timely manner.
  4. Calculate and input fabrication changes as necessary.
  5. Request quotes and orders from vendors as required.
  6. Organize and file orders, bills of lading, and other documentation promptly.
  7. Process RGAs, warranties, and related documentation in line with company policy.
  8. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  9. Provide assistance to both internal and external customers with a proactive attitude.
  10. Exemplify Midland Values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.

  2. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required Competencies:
