The primary responsibility of this role is to support customers through various communication channels, addressing service-related inquiries. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will engage with multiple teams and colleagues across different locations, playing an integral part in enhancing the customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with quotes, orders, delivery, and troubleshooting any concerns.
  2. Maintain a professional demeanor and build positive relationships with customers.
  3. Accurately enter quotes and orders into the system in a timely manner.
  4. Calculate and input fabrication changes as required.
  5. Request quotes and orders from vendors as necessary.
  6. Organize and file orders, bills of lading, and other documentation promptly.
  7. Process returns, warranties, and related documentation in line with company policies.
  8. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  9. Provide assistance to both internal and external customers with a proactive attitude.
