The primary responsibility of this role is to support customers through various communication channels, addressing any service-related issues they may encounter. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will engage with multiple teams and colleagues across different locations, making them a vital part of the customer experience.

Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Assist customers with quotes, orders, delivery, and troubleshooting any concerns.
  2. Maintain a professional demeanor and foster positive relationships with all customers.
  3. Accurately enter quotes and orders into the system in a timely manner.
  4. Calculate and input fabrication changes as necessary.
  5. Request quotes and orders from vendors as required.
  6. Organize and file orders, bills of lading, and other documentation promptly.
  7. Process returns, warranties, and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
  8. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration across departments.
  9. Provide assistance to both internal and external customers with a proactive attitude.
  10. Exemplify Midland's core values: Service, Quality, and Integrity.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in production areas as needed.
  2. Other duties as assigned by management.
