Inside Sales Representative (Growth Path to Regional Sales Manager)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is designed for an ambitious individual who is eager to grow into a Regional Sales Manager position. The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth by developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our product line.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.

- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online research.

- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions from our range of press feeding and coil handling equipment.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.

- Participate in a 3-month hands-on training period working in assembly to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products.

- Transition to parts sales after the initial training period to gain further product knowledge and customer service experience.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.

- Strong understanding of press feeding and coil handling equipment is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company, with the goal of advancing to a Regional Sales Manager position.

- Eager to learn and willing to step outside their comfort zone.

- Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally.

- Enjoys talking to people and helping find solutions to customers' problems.

-Willingness to travel to customer facilities and trade shows.
