We are a relationship-built company that prides ourselves on excellent service and follow through. You will have an opportunity to work with staff that service all four of our divisions: Team, Corporate, Golf, and Outdoor Retail.

This role will work closely with staff from our Customer Service, Art, and Pre Decoration Departments and will gain valuable knowledge of the products and services we offer as well as gain excellent communication skills. You will collaborate with sales leadership and field sales reps to help increase the relationships with our customers.


Duties and Responsibilities

· Offer support to the Decoration Specialist, Planning team and Directors.

· Develop an in-depth knowledge of our product line and services

· Assist with problem resolution as needed.

· Communicate with accounts daily through outbound and inbound activities.

· Build and maintain accounts and new business relationships.

· Monitor customer behavior to identify potential attrition risks and proactively address any issues.

· Coordinate the customer sales order process from start to finish which includes order entry, order follow up, expedite requests, inventory and lead time inquiries, sample requests, shipment tracking and return authorizations.

· Ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.

· Support new product development by providing real time market feedback to the Merchandizing team.

· Build close internal partnerships by actively engaging in both core and cross-functional projects as necessary.

· Provide active feedback on process improvement opportunities.

Requirements:


Skills and Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred).

· Sports or apparel background not required but preferred.

· 1-3 years of sales support or account management preferred

· Efficient and organized, with ability to appropriately respond and react to customer needs.

· Must be results oriented with a proven track record of achieving measurable goals and ability to meet deadlines.

· Strong organization skills.

· Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and presentation skills.

· Attention to detail, with a critical eye for quality and accuracy.

· Comfortable building new relationships and interacting with people of diverse roles/backgrounds.

· Strong personal commitment and sense of ownership.

· Demonstrated problem solving skills preferred
