Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals who excel in interpersonal communication and possess a persuasive skill set. Ideal candidates include seasoned appointment setters, recent graduates, or those nearing graduation. This position serves as an excellent entry point into Appointment Setting / Inside Sales for those who thrive on engaging prospects and securing appointments.

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to participate in a variety of tasks, including initiating contact with potential clients, utilizing client referrals, and following up on online inquiries. Your main objectives will be to identify prospective customers' challenges with technology and arrange initial meetings for the external sales team.

This role is remote

This full-time position offers an annual salary of $45,000, in addition to commissions based on appointment-setting performance. Comprehensive health benefits, a 401k retirement plan, Paid Time Off, and Profit Sharing are also part of the package.

Appointment Setting/Inside Sales Responsibilities

  1. Cold Outreach: You will actively reach out to potential clients through a high volume of outbound calls, averaging between 60 and 100 calls daily.
  2. Engagement with Decision Makers: Employ strategies to connect with decision-makers within organizations, aiming for 10 to 15 meaningful conversations each day.
  3. Assessing Client Needs: Identify prospective clients' technological pain points and address objections with understanding.
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Persuade potential clients of the value in speaking with one of our consultants, aiming to schedule 4 to 10 initial appointments each month.
  5. Database Management: Keep a well-organized database of prospective clients.
  6. Follow-Up: Respond to potential client inquiries and conduct follow-up communications.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team during the closing process.
  8. Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  9. Pipeline Development: Build and maintain pipelines in partnership with channel partners and team members.
  10. Database Maintenance: Ensure client information is current in systems like HubSpot.
