Position Overview:

Deliver exceptional service to our varied members, guests, and program participants. Address member and guest inquiries, advocate for memberships and programs, and ensure the Welcome Center and surrounding areas are clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service to members, guests, and program participants both in-person and via phone, enhancing member engagement and retention.
  • Engage in entry-level sales by following the sales process (introduction, probing, closing).
  • Address and resolve any membership-related issues.
  • Implement all YMCA policies and procedures to guarantee a positive experience for members.
  • React promptly to emergency situations.
  • Supervise locker room areas and comply with safety protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • For closing shifts, a minimum age of 21 is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge are essential.
  • Proficiency in a second language is preferred.
