Position Location: Everett, WA

Compensation: $22.10 per hour
Full Range Scale: Up to $23.95 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with occasional evening and weekend flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments and interviews to evaluate eligibility for services.
  • Create and maintain action plans, case notes, and relevant documentation for client files.
  • Facilitate ongoing life skills training to promote client independence and enhance quality of life.
  • Implement targeted interventions for clients facing eviction risks.
  • Connect clients with medical, mental health, and other supportive services, establishing a network of community resources.
  • Assist clients with applications and re-evaluations for SSI, SSDI, Medicaid, Medicare, SNAP, and other necessary services.
  • Occasionally visit clients in their homes for support.
  • Coordinate with property management for wellness checks as needed.
  • Monitor and report client outcomes, providing updates as required.
  • Participate actively in scheduled internal and external meetings.
  • Travel within the area and provide transportation to clients when necessary.
  • Represent Compass at professional gatherings, community events, and engage with community members.
  • Utilize assigned technology, including laptops and software, as directed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in social services preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the social services sector.
  • At least one year of relevant experience working with individuals in crisis, particularly in housing and social services.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, and personal vehicle required.
  • Ability to perform CPR and First Aid as necessary.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
