Position Summary:
The Marketing Associate plays a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies and materials in collaboration with leadership. This role also entails providing management, marketing, and graphic design support for the team.

The Marketing Associate is expected to deliver exceptional customer service when engaging with clients while maintaining a focus on productivity and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a background in graphic design and related skills.
- Create and develop marketing materials such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, and proposal templates.
- Analyze competitors' marketing efforts and integrate best practices as necessary.
- Offer web support for agency websites as required.
- Assist in planning and executing external client events for the region.
- Design and implement marketing initiatives aimed at clients.
- Prepare various documents including memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, and tables using diverse software tools.
- Support executives with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and mailing as needed.
- Conduct property research utilizing CoStar.
- Collaborate with the brokerage team on sales process administration, including database management and electronic marketing distribution.
- Aid in the preparation of complex proposals and documents for presentations.
- Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems, ensuring organization of all correspondence, project work, and reports.
- Understand basic financial models using Excel.
- Organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments, preparing necessary materials and coordinating logistics.
- Manage travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Review and distribute incoming mail.
- Provide reception coverage during breaks and assist with short-term staff absences.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- One to two years of relevant experience in internal communications or public relations.
- Exceptional writing skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly.
- Capable of understanding both technical and non-technical industry information and conveying it succinctly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), database management, and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Illustrator).
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment and manage substantial workloads.
- Detail-oriented with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and industry matters.
- Physical ability to lift office supplies (up to 25 lbs).
