Position Overview:
The Marketing Associate plays a pivotal role in crafting and executing marketing initiatives and materials in collaboration with leadership. This role also encompasses management, marketing, and graphic design support for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a background in graphic design.
  • Create and develop marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, presentations, and proposal templates.
  • Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and integrate best practices as needed.
  • Provide web support for agency websites as required.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of external client events.
  • Design and implement marketing initiatives for clients.
  • Draft memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, and other documents using various software tools.
  • Support executives with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and mailing.
  • Conduct property research utilizing CoStar.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team on sales process administration, including database management and electronic marketing.
  • Assist in preparing complex proposals and documents for presentations.
  • Maintain filing and tracking systems for departmental correspondence and project work.
  • Understand basic financial models using Excel.
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, and appointments, preparing necessary documents and coordinating logistics.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage incoming mail and provide reception coverage as needed.
  • Offer temporary coverage for staff absences due to illness or vacation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in internal communications or public relations.
  • Exceptional English writing skills with a focus on clear and effective communication.
  • Adept at conveying technical and non-technical information succinctly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication.
  • Capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to manage substantial workloads with strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and industry matters.
  • Physical ability to lift office supplies up to 25 lbs.
