Department Overview

The marketing and advertising divisions at DISH combine diverse expertise to narrate the stories of DISH TV and Sling TV. From crafting strategic messaging for executive leadership to engaging with media for impactful news coverage, our teams are at the forefront of communication innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Design, implement, and oversee a customer loyalty program aimed at enhancing the customer journey and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Lead the development of programming strategies tailored for Latino audiences, ensuring effective communication of key programming assets to relevant teams and coordinating marketing initiatives across various brands.
  • Oversee the planning, creative direction, and execution of marketing campaigns targeted at existing customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and creative agencies to develop, refine, and evaluate marketing materials.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining oversight and direction.
  • Establish and nurture relationships across the organization to facilitate coordination and communication among diverse groups.
  • Effectively communicate project objectives, deliverables, and timelines to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Regularly monitor and report on project status to stakeholders, assisting in resolving any issues that may arise.
  • This role requires fluency in Spanish.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is strongly preferred; a combination of education and relevant experience totaling 3-5 years is also acceptable.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.
  • Ability to quickly learn, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing creative marketing strategies with a focus on analysis and results.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and meet tight deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $63,150.00 to $90,000.00 per year.
