Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator is tasked with the creation and execution of marketing materials and initiatives in collaboration with leadership. This role will also offer management, marketing, and graphic design support for the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess a background in graphic design.
  • Design and produce marketing collateral: brochures, advertisements, presentations, proposal templates, etc.
  • Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and implement best practices as necessary.
  • Provide web support for agency websites as required.
  • Engage in the planning and execution of external client events for the region.
  • Develop and execute client marketing campaigns.
  • Draft memoranda, letters, proposals, charts, tables, and other documents using various software applications. Assist Executives with copying, faxing, and mailing as needed.
  • Conduct property research using CoStar.
  • Collaborate with the brokerage team in managing the sales process: database management, electronic marketing distribution, mail merges, and written proposals.
  • Assist in the preparation of complex proposals and documents for presentations.
  • Maintain departmental filing and tracking systems, including organizing files for all correspondence, project work, and reports as needed.
  • Understand basic financial models using Excel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments. Prepare materials related to meetings, including document creation and assembly for distribution, site coordination, food orders, attendance confirmations, and addressing attendee inquiries.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including air travel, hotel bookings, and car rentals. Develop travel itineraries aligned with current schedules.
  • Review and distribute incoming mail.
  • Provide reception coverage during lunch hours and breaks.
  • May include coverage for short-term staff absences due to illness or vacation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • One to two years of relevant experience in internal communications or public relations.
  • Exceptional English writing skills with a talent for clear, effective communication.
  • Able to comprehend technical and non-technical industry-related information and convey it succinctly to the audience.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), databases, and working knowledge of Adobe (CS6/CC): InDesign and Illustrator.
  • Positive demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to manage substantial workloads efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, along with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding personnel and industry-related matters.
  • May require lifting of office supplies (up to 25 lbs).
Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000
