Department Overview

The Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing division is dedicated to designing initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top-tier talent. We leverage storytelling and data insights to craft compelling brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and content that resonate with potential candidates who align with DISH's values.
  • Collaborate with recruitment leaders to identify their requirements and create talent marketing initiatives that support their hiring objectives.
  • Enhance our brand presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, and our career website.
  • Work with marketing agencies and vendors to execute ongoing and new programmatic marketing campaigns.
  • Track application flow to various recruitment teams.
  • Assist in organizing hiring events, including crafting tailored brand messaging, utilizing our events platform, sending invitations to our talent network, managing logistics, coordinating speakers, and following up with candidate inquiries.
  • Conduct training sessions to empower team members to embody the brand ethos.
  • Manage a budget effectively, prioritizing expenditures to ensure significant impact and verifying that invoices accurately reflect services rendered.
  • Engage in research to gain insights into the perceptions and needs of our target audience.
  • Prepare presentations to keep Talent Acquisition and business leaders updated on progress and successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, branding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, or communications. Experience in recruitment marketing is advantageous.
  • Proven track record in developing marketing campaigns from conception through execution and analysis.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing strategies, organic brand development, content creation, and social media management.
  • Proficient in utilizing data systems (dashboards, reports, spreadsheets) to analyze current trends and inform future strategies.
  • Experience in presenting to management and stakeholders, articulating strategies, tactics, and results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and achieve results with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic and/or paid media campaigns, including LinkedIn, Meta, Paid Search, and Display.
  • Ability to create narratives showcasing collaborative team efforts, particularly highlighting diverse experiences.
  • Experience in developing brand profiles on partner platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and others.
  • Familiarity with analytics and marketing performance reporting tools like Tableau and iCIMS Reporting.
  • Knowledge of ad tracking operations, retargeting, and CRM systems.

We foster a collaborative environment at our headquarters in Denver, Colorado. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Compensation

Salary range: $63,150.00 - $90,000.00 per year.
