We are in search of a driven Creative Project Manager to enhance our innovative Marketing Team. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, supporting executive leadership and managers in the execution of projects aimed at developing and promoting our esteemed luxury personal-care products.


The ideal candidate will possess a passion for overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring excellence in product development, digital media, print, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver project management and administrative assistance to the Marketing and Creative divisions.
  • Understand project scope, establish timelines, and define requirements to inform deliverables and budget considerations.
  • Create, update, and disseminate project plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document notes, and provide summaries to the leadership team.
  • Manage incoming creative requests, monitor progress, establish timelines for deadlines, and communicate updates to the department and leadership.
  • Generate task assignments in project management tools and provide detailed creative briefs, including specifications such as dimensions, file types, and delivery timelines.
  • Prioritize and balance requests from multiple teams.
  • Oversee creative assets: organize, liaise with external vendors, distribute materials, and ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct proofreading and assist with general departmental needs.
  • Distribute marketing materials to vendors and remote personnel.
  • Collaborate with external partners.
  • Review expense reports and receipts.
  • Engage in team meetings to gather feedback and insights to guide creative execution.
  • Coordinate and support events by managing creative requests, staff assistance, supplies, and logistical details.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an agency, creative studio, or similar environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Design.
  • Proficient in MAC & Microsoft Office, and Google Workspaces.
  • Expertise in Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and project coordination.
  • Enthusiastic about learning new software and processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Methodical approach to meeting deadlines and delivering on time.
  • Ability to interpret information and communicate specifications clearly.
  • Collaborative team player focused on achieving collective goals.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with creative processes and marketing initiatives to understand incoming requests and production needs.
  • Skilled in building relationships and working effectively with diverse teams.
