Role Summary:
We are seeking experienced Security Officers to uphold a positive brand image within luxury retail environments.


The primary objective of this role is to patrol designated areas on foot, enforce client policies, and investigate incidents related to the facility.

Your commitment will ensure a safe and professional atmosphere for clients, associates, and facility personnel. The Security Officer will report directly to the Security Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct foot patrols of assigned areas to maintain visibility and monitor for unusual activities.
  • Investigate and document maintenance and safety issues that may pose risks to clients, associates, or public safety.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough daily administrative records; ensure all assigned equipment is kept in operational and presentable condition.
  • Respond to assistance requests from the Supervisor or client; complete various assignments as required and submit reports to the supervising officer.
  • Investigate security-related incidents, interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence for future reference; prepare reports and follow up with management as necessary.
  • Respond to emergencies, including fires and evacuations, and provide support to client personnel as needed.
  • Manage crowd control and assist emergency services during incidents; maintain order at traffic accidents and support victims.
  • Verify that all individuals on company premises possess valid company-issued identification.
  • Ensure a safe and professional working environment for clients, associates, and facility personnel.
  • Maintain required state and client certifications; all related documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise specified.
  • Complete site-specific training within the first month unless otherwise directed based on client needs or position assignment.
  • Adhere to uniform and grooming standards at all times while in uniform.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Guard card preferred; candidates with military backgrounds and POST graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Basic computer proficiency is required.
