Job Summary:

Savers, a leading international thrift retailer, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production). As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
