Automotive Business Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet business needs
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales strategy and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
