About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Swickard Auto Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coaching sales associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet business needs
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on sales strategy and customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
