About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting customers, and directing them to the appropriate department or salesperson.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership group phones and greet customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
  • Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
