Role Overview

Miter is revolutionizing the construction industry with cutting-edge HCM software. We're seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Director to spearhead our growth through strategic partnerships.

In this role, you'll develop and execute Miter's partnership strategy with industry influencers - industry associations, Private Equity firms, technology partners, and consultants. Your success will directly impact our ability to serve thousands of construction companies and accelerate our revenue growth.

You will collaborate cross-functionally, but work most closely with our Sales and Growth Marketing teams to deliver on ambitious growth goals. This is a key role where you will be uniquely positioned to impact the full picture of Miter's growth efforts across all go-to-market channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Miter's Partnership strategy to achieve ambitious targets
  • Drive Partnerships planning, goal-setting, and reporting efforts across a variety of channels
  • Own quarterly executive business reviews and success planning with top partners
  • Manage daily reporting, enablement, and relationship management
  • Drive partner co-marketing efforts to increase our reach through the channel
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth & product to launch joint initiatives with partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience with 3 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships with a Software as a Service (SaaS) company
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive significant revenue
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce preferred) software and other go-to-market tools
  • Strong discovery, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening skills
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Willingness to travel for events is required
Nice to Haves
  • Prior experience managing accounting partners or Value Added Resellers (VARs)
  • Background in Construction or Accounting
