- Own Partner Renewals: Ensure timely and successful partner renewals.

- Align Business Development Efforts: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to align business development efforts with the company's growth objectives.
- Manage Partner Onboarding: Manage efficient partner onboarding processes and ensure partners have access to essential resources and support.
- Oversee Partner Agreements: Oversee partner agreements, contracts, and documentation to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
- Process Key Data Flows: Process key data flows and provide QA for existing partner base; respond to all partner inquiries in a timely manner.
- Streamline Operational Processes: Streamline operational processes related to partner interactions to enhance overall efficiency.
- Address Partner-Related Challenges: Address and resolve partner-related operational challenges proactively.
- Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team and partner marketing teams to develop and execute partner-specific marketing campaigns and materials.
- Promote Partner Products: Promote partner products or services through various marketing channels to maximize visibility and impact.
- Track and Report on Partner Marketing Initiatives: Track and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate Joint Marketing Activities: Coordinate joint marketing activities and events with partners.
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Technical field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in partner success management, business development, or a related role within a SaaS company.
- Customer/Partner Facing: Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, cleanse, analyze, and interpret data.
- Familiarity with Partner Relationship Management Tools: Familiarity with partner relationship management tools and software.
- Results-Oriented: Results-oriented with a focus on achieving business growth.
- Excellent Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Previous Experience Working for a High Growth Startup: Previous experience working for a high growth startup with a preference for individuals who have participated in the build out of a GTM function (e.g., Customer Success or Partnerships).

- History of Ownership and Success: History of ownership and success of hitting revenue numbers (new business, expansion, or renewals).
