We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to enhance the Health and Wellness sector at Substack. This position will report directly to the Head of Lifestyle within the Partnerships team.

Our compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000. Final offer amounts will be influenced by various factors, including the candidate's experience and expertise, and may differ from the stated range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Lifestyle to identify and engage key creators in the health and wellness sector.
  • Assist creators in formulating publication strategies and successfully launching their content on Substack.
  • Work in partnership with internal marketing, product, and data teams to gain insights into promising new markets for Substack and devise effective strategies to pursue them.
  • Engage cross-functionally to enhance our lead sourcing and creator outreach methodologies across the Partnerships division.
Qualifications:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A dedicated reader and subscriber to Substacks, with a strong awareness of the evolving technology and media landscape.
  • Interest in developing and scaling strategic frameworks and processes.
  • Knowledge of online trends and a passion for social media.
  • Experience working with influencers is advantageous.
  • Background in artist relations and management is a plus.
  • Previous sales experience, particularly in high-velocity outbound conversations, is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) is a plus.
