Become a Key Player - Training Specialist Role at Whole Foods Market

Are you enthusiastic about guiding and nurturing new team members? Whole Foods Market is in search of a committed Training Specialist to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with orchestrating and executing effective training programs to foster high engagement, productivity, and retention among new hires.

Position Overview:

  • Oversee the effective implementation of training initiatives for the store and team
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to facilitate training for new employees
  • Lead team-specific operational training sessions and program introductions
  • Serve as a model for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
  • Instruct team members on customer service protocols and new product offerings
  • Keep precise training documentation and fulfill assigned training responsibilities

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in addressing groups and motivating others
  • Adept at teaching in a supportive and constructive manner
  • Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
  • Genuine passion for premium quality foods and exceptional customer service

Experience:

Preferred minimum of 6 months in retail training
