Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Training Specialist to join our team at Community Health Plan of Washington. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our customer service staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our customer service staff, including operational processes, quality assurance, and technical training.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources.
  • Conduct needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to design and implement training programs.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to customer service staff to improve their skills and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service training or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
