Position Overview:
- Oversee the successful implementation of training initiatives for the store and team
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and the Store Trainer to facilitate new member onboarding
- Deliver team-specific operational training and support program introductions
- Serve as a model for food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices
- Instruct team members on customer service excellence and product knowledge
- Keep precise training documentation and fulfill assigned training responsibilities
Essential Skills:
- Comfortable presenting to groups and motivating others
- Able to teach in a supportive and constructive manner
- Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
- Genuine passion for high-quality food and outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
Preferred minimum of 6 months experience in retail training
