B2B Customer Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Customer Product Support Specialist to join our team at PACE Staffing Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Take orders from existing and new customers, making recommendations on product options and ensuring clear communication of product performance and delivery expectations.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their expectations have been met and provide timely resolution to any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to drive process improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar B2B customer support role.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise-wide electronic order entry process.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in small to mid-sized company environments.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of success in roles that require strong communication, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Personal qualities such as a love of learning, self-confidence, and a goal-focused mindset with a passion for winning.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $28-$32/hour, depending on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package offered directly by the client.
- Standard work schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a requirement to work on-site every day.
