ABOUT US:

YOUR ROLE:
In this position, you will:
- Assist clients in selecting materials and addressing product inquiries.
- Stay informed about new and existing product offerings.
- Manage order placements and updates for clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Process payments through checks and credit cards.
- Coordinate local and out-of-state deliveries.
- Resolve customer issues effectively.
- Maintain an organized sample inventory.
- Label and arrange samples as necessary.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Load and unload materials for various transport vehicles.
- Safely operate a forklift.
- Accurately pick materials as per requirements.
- Read and modify load sheets as needed.
- Participate in annual inventory counts.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor and positive attitude.

- Standard work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Availability for Saturday shifts and potential overtime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- A high school diploma (GED accepted); undergraduate education preferred.
- Experience with multiline phone systems is advantageous.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Prior experience in the industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical capability to bend, lift, or kneel as required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer and mathematical proficiency.
- A collaborative spirit to work effectively within a team.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse setting.
- Forklift experience is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Ability to lift over 40 lbs.
