Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass hands-on training and mentorship, aimed at empowering technicians to excel in their tasks. Key responsibilities include:

1. Conducting in-field training for technicians on advanced automotive systems and diagnostics.
2. Providing comprehensive training on ADAS calibrations, diagnostics, and related services.
3. Instructing on the proper use and maintenance of specialized tools.
4. Guiding technicians through effective customer service practices, including communication and documentation.
5. Supporting technicians in achieving and exceeding production and sales targets.
6. Facilitating training sessions for new hires and ongoing remote training via virtual platforms.
7. Maintaining meticulous records of all training activities and progress.
8. Collaborating on various training initiatives as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service and diagnostics.
- At least 2 years of experience as an ADAS Calibration Technician, with a strong understanding of ADAS technologies and electrical systems.
- Preferred experience in training roles.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols related to automotive technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Adaptability in training methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
- A commitment to professionalism and continuous improvement.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to stand for extended periods in automotive environments.
