Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team at City Wide Facility Solutions in St. Louis.
This is not a call center environment, but rather a dynamic small office setting where you will be an integral part of our organization's success. As a BDS, you will be contacting decision-makers of local businesses via telephone and email to set appointments with our sales executives. These appointments will focus on discussing solutions for facility cleaning and maintenance needs.
To excel in this role, you should have one to two years of successful appointment setting experience making B2B outbound calls. You must also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. CRM platforms experience is preferred, as is Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will be organized, results-driven, and able to meet performance goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. If you have a pleasant phone voice, professional demeanor, and a friendly, upbeat personality, we encourage you to apply.
Our compensation package includes a salary range of $45,000 - $52,000 per year, plus uncapped commission, which could bring the total annual earnings up to $65,000 in the first year. We offer health insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, 15 days of paid time off (PTO) in the first four years, and 20 days in the fifth year. Additionally, we provide a 401(k) plan with a 4% company match, a smartphone, a Microsoft Surface tablet, six paid holidays, and opportunities for advancement.
