Business Development Representative

Crossmark is seeking a skilled Brand Advocate to join our team. As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for merchandising products in local retail stores and building relationships with key personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain product displays, correct in-store issues, and build partnerships with store employees to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Route and manage your schedule independently, ensuring territory visits are covered.
- Replace graphic signage, clean fixtures and displays, and complete thorough store visit reports to track progress.
Compensation Package:
- $45,000 - $55,000 per year (dependent on experience) with a competitive weekly pay schedule.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement ensure that you can focus on delivering results without financial burden.
- Paid training allows you to develop the skills necessary for success in this role.
- Ongoing performance rewards and promotional opportunities will recognize and reward your hard work and dedication.

Requirements:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in retail merchandising, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance are required to meet the demands of this role.
- Availability to travel within the designated market is essential for meeting client needs and building strong relationships.
- The ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods is necessary for navigating store environments and conducting tasks efficiently.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word is beneficial for creating accurate reports and presentations.
