This role involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil engineering principles, extensive experience in private project procurement, and a strong network within the industry. They will be responsible for market research, strategy development, client relationship management, proposal development and negotiation, project and portfolio management, and networking and industry engagement.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with a team of 100+ professionals. The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 5-7 years of experience in business development or sales, and a proven track record of securing and managing projects.
