Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at CMIT Solutions St. Louis.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus competitive commission and bonus structures.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective cold-calling, lead nurturing, CRM management, and providing strategic guidance on sales and marketing strategies.

  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
  • Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
  • Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
