Senior Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team at CMIT Solutions St. Louis.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus competitive commission and bonus structures.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective cold-calling, lead nurturing, CRM management, and providing strategic guidance on sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Nurture leads through various channels to move them through the sales funnel.
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Develop and maintain targeted lead lists for effective outreach.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inside sales, lead generation, or related roles.
- Strong cold-calling and prospecting skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and lead management.
