Job Overview

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling technicians and providing customers with company services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and track daily scheduling of installations
  • Communicate schedule changes to Superintendents and Homeowners
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Dispatch field service technicians
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services
  • Work with Warehouse and Purchasing Manager to ensure timely material ordering
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, CRM systems, and scheduling software required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
