Job SummaryLargo Capital, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to support our business operations in the United States and Canada. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating office activities, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
* Support marketing efforts
* Coordinate new employee set up as well as termination
* Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for upper management
* Assist in scheduling interview/meetings for Originators
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
* Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
* Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
* Familiarity with office management procedures
