About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to lead our office in Sarasota, FL.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $48,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and organize day-to-day operations to ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Provide administrative support to Executives as required.
  • Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
  • Ensure timely transmission of information/documents via computer, mail, and phone.
  • Maintain comprehensive employee records.
  • Generate detailed financial and operations reports.
  • Reconcile and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Develop skills in creating spreadsheets, tracking project work, formatting, and sorting.
  • Coordinate new hire processes.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Leverage CRM software effectively.
  • Maintain a daily outbound calling schedule.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 4 years of experience in record keeping and supervision within the construction industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrate a professional attitude towards colleagues, vendors, and customers.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Vigilant attention to detail is essential.
