Administrative Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to lead our office in Sarasota, FL.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $48,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and organize day-to-day operations to ensure efficient office functioning.
- Provide administrative support to Executives as required.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records.
- Ensure timely transmission of information/documents via computer, mail, and phone.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records.
- Generate detailed financial and operations reports.
- Reconcile and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Develop skills in creating spreadsheets, tracking project work, formatting, and sorting.
- Coordinate new hire processes.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Leverage CRM software effectively.
- Maintain a daily outbound calling schedule.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of experience in record keeping and supervision within the construction industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude towards colleagues, vendors, and customers.
- Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
- Vigilant attention to detail is essential.
