We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at MyUS.com. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Job Summary:
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments within our office and operations teams. This includes greeting and assisting visitors, vendors, members, contractors, and team members, as well as reserving meeting space and maintaining meeting calendars for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, members, contractors, and team members
- Reserve meeting space and maintain meeting calendars for the company
- Assist with document processing, reporting, and meeting/travel arrangements
- Assist with special events and team member reward programs
- Order, maintain, and stock inventory
- Answer phones, direct calls, and respond to inquiries
- Work on special projects, as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of experience in reception or office administration role preferred
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills and Internet applications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
- Ability to lift 10-25 pounds constantly, 30-40 frequently, 50-100 on occasion with assistance
Salary: $38,000 - $48,000 per year
