Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Desk Clerk to join our team at C&R Management Group LLC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the property overnight, conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.
  • Respond to any property emergencies, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues.
  • Update the property logbook, maintaining accurate records of incidents and events.
  • Check in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors.
  • Post notices as needed, keeping residents informed of important updates and information.
  • Perform minor cleaning of common areas, maintaining a clean and tidy environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:

  • One year of hospitality experience, preferably in a property management or customer service role.
  • Previous experience as a Desk Clerk or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance and/or preventative maintenance is a plus.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and vendors.
