ColumbiaCare Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our Fieldstone Residential Treatment Home in Wilsonville, Oregon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide managerial oversight of the program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring adequate client supervision and support.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel, client, and program records, including accounting and medical records.
  • Coordinate with ColumbiaCare employees, state agencies, and other professional organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration.
  • Minimum three years of experience in behavioral health, with a focus on residential treatment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience in a similar setting.
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS background check.
