Office Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Mailroom Clerk to join our team at Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing support with mail processing, shipping and receiving, and office services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, and three (3) or more years of relevant experience in a mailroom or office services environment is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Operate MS Office and Email systems
- Perform basic scanning responsibilities
- Maintain records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed
- Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required
- Perform furniture/conference room set up
- Perform Fulfillment functions
- May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests
- Ensure upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked
- Perform duties related to the shipping and/or receiving of materials in a mailroom type environment
