Job Summary:

The Campbell Health Center is seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to manage front-office operations, provide exceptional patient service, and facilitate financing options. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workflows, interacting with patients, and providing assistance with financial transactions. Your strong communication skills, proficiency in English and Spanish, and ability to handle sensitive financial discussions will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate front-office operations, ensuring smooth daily workflows
• Act as a liaison between the front office, management, sales, back office, and doctors
• Manage and report on sales statistics and collections for the office
• Conduct appointment confirmation calls and follow up with patients as needed
• Work directly with patients in the office to collect payments and facilitate financing options (typically $8k-$13k per transaction)

Qualifications:
• At least 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or sales environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a "can-do" attitude
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Experience or willingness to engage in financial discussions with customers
• Calm under pressure and able to support co-workers in a fast-paced setting
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone

Salary: $17 - $25 hourly
