Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Office Coordinator to join our team at PrideStaff - Houston (Southwest). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to provide administrative support to our clients.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments, and make reservations as needed.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Assist with special projects and events as required.
  • Liaise with colleagues and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements and Skills:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingualism in English and another language is a significant asset.
