**About the Role:**

We are seeking an exceptional Front House Receptionist to join our team at Adaptive Construction Solutions in Houston, TX. As a key member of our office, you will provide top-notch front-of-house support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for our visitors and guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing a welcoming experience.

* Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate internal contacts.

* Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensure timely setup of necessary equipment, and maintain presentable meeting spaces.

* Lead event planning and coordination, including catering arrangements, room setup, and logistics.

* Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

* Obtain and evaluate quotes from vendors for services, supplies, and repairs, striving for cost-effective solutions.

* Support administrative tasks such as mail distribution, shipping, and handling outgoing correspondence.

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* Proven experience in front-of-house receptionist work, events coordination, or related roles.

* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.

* Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.

* Proficiency in using office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
