Medical Office Coordinator

About the Role:
This role is a great opportunity to join our team at an orthopedic and pain management clinic. As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients upon arrival, provide information, and assist with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Update patient records and EMR systems promptly.
- Maintain accurate schedules, notify providers of patient arrivals, and answer phone calls professionally.
Requirements:
- 6 months or more of receptionist experience required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent necessary.
What We Offer:
- $15.00 - $17.25 per hour competitive pay rate.
- A comprehensive benefits package including three weeks of PTO, PPO or HMO insurance, and 401k.
