Office Coordinator

Job Summary: The Office Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, handling correspondence, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records. You will also provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, respond to emails and phone calls, and order office supplies as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- • Order office supplies and materials as needed
- • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- • Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role
- • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
