POSITION OVERVIEW

The Healthcare Product Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the product vision, prioritizing initiatives, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance patient services and improve operational efficiency. This position necessitates close collaboration with various stakeholders, development teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure that our offerings align with user requirements and organizational objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Articulate and disseminate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  • Develop and sustain a product roadmap that mirrors customer demands, market dynamics, and technological progress.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including patients and healthcare providers, to gather insights and feedback.
  • Ensure product development aligns with business goals.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all product-related communications.
  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates on product status, progress, and forthcoming releases.
  • Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring the development team focuses on high-value features.
  • Draft clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other essential product documentation.
  • Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify patient needs and areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to guide product strategy.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor product performance against these metrics.
  • Collect and evaluate user feedback and data to foster continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with QA teams to guarantee thorough testing and quality assurance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner, ideally within the healthcare or patient services sector.
  • Strong grasp of healthcare processes and patient service dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric approach, dedicated to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
  • Adaptable and receptive to feedback, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Certification as a Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
