Role Responsibilities:
In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding Deluxe's TRIPS product offerings. The Consultant will support the Deluxe sales team throughout the sales process, which includes:
- Providing solution-oriented and technical sales assistance to the Deluxe sales team for Content Services Solutions. Engage with prospects to identify their key needs and tailor demonstrations and presentations that align with their value propositions.
- Collaborating with sales representatives to develop comprehensive solution proposals for prospects. If necessary, work alongside sales and prospects to create a business case that justifies the investment in Deluxe's products and services.
- Designing and maintaining impactful presentations and demonstrations for content services that highlight Deluxe's unique value propositions and competitive strengths.
- Coordinating with Professional Services and Configuration Teams to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions. Relay pertinent information regarding prospect requirements to the Professional Services implementation team.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Sales, or Marketing with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with at least 7 years of experience in a sales or sales support capacity.
- Experience collaborating with Financial Institutions to leverage enterprise content management solutions for automating legacy processes across various sectors including lending, treasury, and retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Over 5 years of experience with Hyland Onbase products, back-office software solutions, or TRIPS, or more than 7 years in the Content Services sector.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales or sales support role.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and leadership.
- Proficient in understanding client needs and proposing solutions that align product features with their challenges.
- Adopts a consultative approach, prioritizing customer needs.
- Skilled in identifying leads and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- Takes responsibility for actions, progress, and outcomes.
