The Role
We are currently seeking a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant to assist our clients in meeting their hiring objectives. This role emphasizes candidate sourcing, management, and the development of effective sourcing strategies, drawing from a robust recruitment background.

As a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will adopt a proactive and cost-efficient approach to identifying exceptional candidates that align with our clients' requirements. This position offers a rewarding challenge and provides global business exposure within a collaborative, supportive, and professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify candidates using various methods (e.g., market analysis, job boards, social media) to build talent pools
  • Gain insights into sourcing strategies tailored to each role
  • Maintain the recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to accurately reflect the status of all selection processes
  • Evaluate candidates' resumes against job criteria, conduct phone interviews to assess suitability, and gather necessary information
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and their recruitment requirements
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sourcing and recruitment
  • Preferred background in the Energy sector
  • Proven ability to devise solutions for achieving challenging targets
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one market sector is essential
  • Demonstrated talent for communication and relationship management
  • Strong sense of urgency and client-facing skills, with expertise in various candidate sourcing techniques (headhunting, social media, job boards)
  • Excellent communication abilities, with a professional phone demeanor and capacity to establish credible relationships
  • Experience in a multinational recruitment or professional services setting is advantageous
  • In the realm of Talent Acquisition, a proactive approach is essential, thriving in a high-volume professional environment
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo, Brassring, E-Recruit) is preferred
