Role Responsibilities: In this position, you will play a crucial role in expanding Deluxe's TRIPS product offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical and solution-oriented sales support to the Deluxe sales team for Content Services Solutions. Engage with potential clients to identify their key needs and tailor demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value of our offerings.
  • Collaborating with sales representatives to craft solution proposals for prospects. If necessary, assist in developing a business case to help clients justify their investment in Deluxe's products and services.
  • Creating and maintaining engaging presentations and demonstrations that showcase Deluxe's competitive advantages and value proposition.
  • Coordinating with Professional Services and Configuration Teams to ensure the successful delivery of proposed solutions. Share relevant insights about client requirements with the implementation team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Sales, or Marketing, with a minimum of 3 years of experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 7 years of relevant experience in sales or sales support.
  • Experience collaborating with Financial Institutions to leverage enterprise content management capabilities for process automation in various sectors.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Hyland Onbase products, back-office software solutions, or TRIPS, or 7+ years in the Content Services industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or sales support capacity.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, team members, and leadership.
  • Skilled in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that address their challenges.
  • Adopts a consultative approach, prioritizing customer needs.
  • Proficient in lead generation and pipeline development.
  • Takes ownership of actions, progress, and outcomes.
