Atlanta, Georgia, United States Endeavor Full time
The Opportunity
The role of the Privacy Solutions Consultant (PSC) is a pivotal advisory position within our Privacy/GRC/Compliance product suite.

We seek dedicated technical professionals with extensive industry knowledge to facilitate strategic success and deliver value while collaborating with our selected Endeavor clients.

In particular, we are in search of an architect to integrate into our 'Privacy Management' product line within our 'Privacy & Data Governance' Cloud.

By 2025, it is anticipated that around 75% of the global populace will have their personal data safeguarded by contemporary privacy regulations.

These regulations differ from region to region, creating confusion and conflicting obligations for the protection of personal information.

Managing privacy responsibilities manually heightens privacy and security risks, jeopardizes customer trust, and may lead to the forfeiture of data usage rights and substantial penalties.

We require an expert who can guide them through the challenges they will encounter and how to navigate them as they aim to utilize Endeavor's solutions to fulfill their business objectives.

Your Role

As a Privacy Solutions Consultant at Endeavor, you will play a crucial role in reshaping how organizations handle privacy, security, and compliance.

Your expertise will significantly contribute to our vision of fostering a safer and more reliable digital environment.

The Privacy Solutions Consultant team at Endeavor consists of technical architects, advisors, and product specialists.

Our goal is to ensure client success by offering strategic direction and expert counsel on best practices to achieve business objectives utilizing the Endeavor platform.

We cultivate enduring relationships with our clients, comprehend their strategic ambitions, and drive value-oriented outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Trusted Advisor status with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Develop and present strategic application and architectural design documents utilizing Endeavor best practices.
  • Lead strategic workshops and formulate high-level solution recommendations based on business goals and feasibility considerations.
  • Deliver thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and educational events to showcase client use cases and reference architectures.
  • Provide strategic subject matter expertise through advisory sessions, pre-sales support, and field assistance.
  • Collaborate with external teams to align roadmaps and technical architectures with strategic business objectives.
  • Translate and implement strategic needs into practical Endeavor technology-driven solutions.
  • Proactively identify and analyze strategic issues/obstacles and recommend suitable courses of action.
  • Effectively present to both implementation teams and C-level executives, earning their trust.
  • Advocate for clients by providing strategic insights to the Product organization on future release needs and challenges.
  • Refine and enhance internal processes and methodologies based on strategic client feedback and evolving industry standards.
  • Manage multiple strategic engagements concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Engage with clients to build long-term strategic relationships and ensure ongoing success.
  • Mentor less experienced team members and clients to enhance their strategic skills and understanding.
  • Establish structured feedback loops with clients to continuously improve Endeavor products and services.
Your Qualifications
  • Proven ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior.
  • Strategic thinker with the capacity to quickly learn and apply new concepts, business models, regulations, and technologies.
  • Strong aptitude for communicating complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Expertise in customer-facing privacy and security consulting, implementation, and advisory roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with privacy, ethics, security, compliance, or sustainability concepts, standards, processes, and issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of Endeavor products and their application in managing business operations.
  • Experience with cloud architecture, multi-tenancy, and multi-tiered infrastructure.
  • Technical skills in cloud architecture, containerization, scripting, and database management.
  • Experience with large-scale, technologically complex accounts.
  • Understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
