We are currently seeking a highly skilled, self-driven, and analytically inclined Senior Solutions Consultant specializing in S&OP to become part of our Pre-Sales team. This position will concentrate on the Manufacturing sector within North America, focusing on industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, and Consumer Packaged Goods.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Engage with large enterprise prospects to identify inefficiencies in business processes, understand pain points, and establish yourself as a trusted partner to enhance operational practices and drive efficiencies in complex scenarios.
  • Collaborate with the industry solutions and account executive teams to gain insights into industry-specific challenges faced by target companies.
  • Deliver tailored, strategic presentations and demonstrations of the Board Platform and Solutions to articulate our value proposition effectively.
  • Work alongside the Sales Team to contribute to RFP/RFI submissions, develop and execute compelling Board Solution demonstrations, and create Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing clients within the core industries.
  • Assist in cross-training team members and partners to enhance their understanding of BOARD Solutions and subject matter expertise.
  • Raise awareness of our products and solutions in the marketplace.
  • Ensure a strong technical alignment between Board's SaaS offerings and the analytical needs of clients.
  • Document and transition deal knowledge to facilitate a successful handover to the implementation team for all successful proposals.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supply chain (pre-sales) role or supply chain consulting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain planning processes; experience with planning applications is essential.
  • Familiarity with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization, and S&OP domains is preferred.
  • Ability to establish thought leadership and build credibility with prospects and existing clients as a trusted advisor in the planning domain.
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Capability to adopt a consultative selling approach by actively listening to customer needs and co-creating a vision for a solution.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional planning models, Business Intelligence, or Analytics tools (e.g., Board, Anaplan, Pigment).
  • A growth mindset and willingness to challenge conventional practices.
