Office Administration Specialist

We are looking for an Office Administration Specialist to join our Training Department. This position is a long-term contract role that offers a competitive hourly rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain training-related data in spreadsheets.
- Utilize advanced Excel functions such as sorting, filtering, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables for effective data analysis.
- Regularly refresh training data and produce reports as required.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Reach out to graduates to monitor their progress.
- Engage with managers and trainers to collect feedback on the performance of graduates.
- Disseminate data and reports through various communication channels.
- Training Room Management:
- Procure and manage training supplies and materials, ensuring timely availability.
- Administrative Duties:
- Oversee and maintain the training management system.
- Prepare and update essential documents and procedures.
- Assist with additional tasks to support the training team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Able to work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Effective teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of fostering positive relationships with colleagues.
